We may collect your name and contact details, arrival date and approximate time, villa location/address, order details, dietary information you choose to provide, and contact details for a host or property manager where relevant.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, confirm availability, coordinate authorised villa access, arrange delivery and provide the services you request. We do not ask you to send access codes with your initial order.

Access information

Villa access information should only be provided when requested and necessary for an agreed delivery. We aim to limit access to people involved in fulfilling the service and not retain access information longer than operationally necessary.

Sharing

Where you ask us to arrange a third-party service, relevant information may need to be shared with the provider so they can fulfil it. We do not sell customer information for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us about the personal information we hold or request correction or deletion where applicable. This notice is an operational summary and will be updated as our systems and service providers develop.
